DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All orders within the USA are shipped using USPS Priority Mail. At this time we offer Priority Mail (1-3 days) and Priority Mail Express (Overnight). If you have any questions regarding your order, please e-mail orders@16thcolony.com

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped using USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery is estimated at 6 to 10 business days. Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer. We declare full value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

SHOP AND ORDERING INFO

All online orders will be processed promptly. Orders that have been placed Monday-Friday before 5PM PST will begin to process that day (not including holidays) and will ship within 1-3 business days after receiving approved payment. RETURNS

We're sure you're going to love your new piece, however we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt of the product. Items must be new and unworn with the original tags still attached. Sale or discounted items are final sale.

To obtain a return authorization number, please contact orders@16thcolony.com within 7 days, then follow these steps:

  1. Once your RA number is received, package product with original tags intact.
  2. Include order packing list in the box.
  3. Write RA number boldly on the outside of the box.
  4. We recommend that when shipping the product back to use an insurable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

  6. Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
